Our History
SeniorMetrix was formed in 2000 by Reg Warren, Robert Kaplan and Rick Glanz. Their primary customers are Medicare Advantage health plans or companies that provide services to such plans. SeniorMetrix has pioneered the use of postacute data for the reduction of practice variation. Their proprietary database uniquely combines both clinical outcome and utilization data. The magniture of the data is continually enhanced by nurses or therapists who have demonstrated their ability to accurately collect the clinical data elements. Headquartered in Brentwood, TN, the company works with health plans across the country.
