Rick Glanz has more than 20 years of experience as a skilled nursing home operator at the facility and mutli facility level. As the Chief Executive Officer at SeniorMetrix, Glanz works with the company’s development team to establish systems for measuring, managing and calibrating the post-acute care continuum on behalf of the company’s clients.
Glanz has lectured across the country on topics such as Medicare reimbursement, skilled nursing management and finance. He is often published in skilled nursing facility periodicals and regularly consults to the post-acute industry.
