Rick Glanz, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Glanz has more than 20 years of experience as a skilled nursing home operator at the facility and mutli facility level. As the Chief Executive Officer at SeniorMetrix, Glanz works with the company’s development team to establish systems for measuring, managing and calibrating the post-acute care continuum on behalf of the company’s clients.
Glanz has lectured across the country on topics such as Medicare reimbursement, skilled nursing management and finance. He is often published in skilled nursing facility periodicals and regularly consults to the post-acute industry.

Reg Warren, PhD, Chief Science Officer
Dr. Warren has more than 25 years of experience in the administrative, clinical and research aspects of rehabilitation in both the federal and private sector. Dr. Warren is responsible for the development of scales, predictive models and reporting for more than 700,000 Medicare risk lives for the company’s health plan clients. He also directs research collaborations with the academic community including the Health Disability Research Institute at Boston University’s Sargent College.
Dr. Warren is a nationally recognized expert on the relationships between payment methodology and the cost and measurement of clinical outcomes in post-acute care. His work has been published in numerous academic and trade publications.

Robert H. Kaplan, PhD, Principal, Business Development
As a Founder and Principal with SeniorMetrix, Inc., currently serves as the head of Business Development and on the board of directors. Dr. Kaplan earned his Ph.D. and Master of Public Affairs degrees at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, and his Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is an adjunct assistant clinical professor at the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine, University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine. He is also the Associate Program Director of the Masters in Applied Science Program in the Leadership of Healthcare Organizations.
Dr. Kaplan served as Senior VP for TriWest Healthcare Alliance from 2003-2009. From 2001 to 2002, he was president of United Health Group's U.S. Behavioral Health Plan of California. Dr. Kaplan was also a vice president for Aetna Health Plans, where he managed an earlier version of the TRICARE contracts in California and Hawaii.

Mark Kishel, MD, Chief Medical Advisor
Mark Kishel, MD, is a seasoned physician executive with over 30 years of healthcare experience. Throughout his career he has served in a number of executive physician leadership positions, ranging from group practice to hospitals and HMOs and major insurance carriers.
In these capacities, Dr. Kishel served as Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia and HMO Georgia, Inc. (BCBSGA). During his tenure at BCBSGA, Dr. Kishel achieved significant results in reduction of the medical loss ratio, while responsible for medical management, quality, provider contracting, pharmacy benefits, medical policy, utilization and disease management, medical information systems, demand management and behavior health. Major achievements also included posting the first profitable year for HMO Georgia, NCQA accreditation, URAC accreditation, and obtaining NRC and JD Powers Medstat awards for quality. He founded the Center for Healthcare Improvement, a joint research and teaching venture with the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Kishel also served as the National Medical Director and Regional Medical Director for a variety of medical groups, delivery systems, insurance carriers and hospitals. He is experienced in medical operations, technology assessment, clinical quality and resource utilization, network development, new product development, insurance company interfaces, contracted services, cost targeting, medical staff affairs, leadership development and strategy.
Dr. Kishel received his medical degree from SUNY after completing his bachelor degree in mathematics, with honors from Lehigh University. He completed his pediatric residency from Boston University and Boston City Hospital. Dr. Kishel also completed the Executive Leadership Forum at Duke University and the Berkeley Health Care Executive Program from the University of California. He is board certified in Pediatrics.
Dr. Kishel has published articles on financial incentives, physician behavior and clinical testing. He has served on the boards of various healthcare organizations and is a member of the Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He currently serves as a Director for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, and ADAM, Inc. a publicly traded company offering health care solutions.

Amy Leibensberger, Vice President, Training and Development
Ms. Leibensberger has over 25 years of experience in the clinical, administrative and research aspects of rehabilitation across the medical care continuum. Ms. Leibensberger is responsible for implementation of new programs, development of new products and training curricula, and the coordination of education/instruction for end-users of the applications. Ms. Leibensberger served as adjunct professor for Washington State University and Eastern Washington University and lectures nationally on rehabilitation topics specific to post-acute care therapy utilization and management. Prior to SeniorMetrix, she worked as a Regional Director at NovaCare.

Beth Lance, Vice President, Operations
Ms. Lance has over 25 years of managed care and health care program experience including 5 years of recent federal program Medicare experience. Her managed care experience focused on coordinating health care and medical services by managing a members’ episode of illness, promoting wellness programs and establishing strong client partnerships. Ms. Lance, a Registered Nurse, has worked closely with provider networks and provided oversight of credentialing, provider relations, quality and medical management teams in both a managed care setting and Medicare claims operations. Prior to joining SeniorMetrix, Beth worked for CIGNA Government Services and CIGNA HealthCare.
